BANKRUPTCY AND REHABILITATION MANAGERS

Administrator - a temporary and bankrupt Manager in the bankruptcy procedure, as well as a temporary administrator and rehabilitation Manager in the rehabilitation procedure, who have the permission of the authorized body, and included in the register of authorized persons and have special knowledge in various sectors of the economy.

 

Our team is staffed by professional administrators with unique experience in various sectors of the economy. The interim Manager and administrator will conduct an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the debtor and prepare a conclusion on the financial stability of the debtor within the period established by the agreement. A bankruptcy and rehabilitation Manager effectively perform the tasks provided for by the goals of bankruptcy and rehabilitation.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT:

 

Temporary manager - a specialist with whom an agreement has been concluded by a creditor, debtor or appointed by an authorized body, involved in initiating bankruptcy proceedings in court to analyze financial and economic activities, to give an opinion on the financial stability of the debtor, to create a register of claims and to perform other functions before the bankruptcy is appointed manager.
Bankruptcy Manager – a specialist appointed by the authorized body with which creditors have entered into an agreement that is engaged after the debtor is declared bankrupt for: managing the bankrupt, returning to the estate and selling the property of the bankrupt, challenging dubious transactions, bringing officials of the bankrupt to legal liability, collecting accounts receivable of the bankrupt and performing other functions until the order of the justice authority on the exclusion of the bankrupt from the register.
Temporary administrator - a specialist with whom the debtor has concluded an agreement, involved in initiating a rehabilitation case in court to conduct an analysis of financial and economic activities, to give an opinion on the financial stability of the debtor, to create a register of claims, organize and conduct the first meeting of creditors and perform other functions before appointment of rehabilitation manager.
Rehabilitation Manager – a specialist appointed by the authorized body with which the creditors have concluded an agreement, chosen at the first meeting of creditors for: managing the debtor, implementing the rehabilitation plan, returning the debtor's property to the estate, challenging dubious transactions, collecting the debtor's receivables, and performing other functions until the end of the rehabilitation procedure.
